1. License Overview
By purchasing or downloading any image from this website, you (“Client”) receive a non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, perpetual license to use the digital photographs (“Licensed Images”) for personal use only.
2. What You Can Do
You are permitted to use the Licensed Images for personal enjoyment, including:
- Personal display — viewing on your phone, computer, or tablet
- Personal social media — posting on your own accounts with optional credit
- Personal prints — printing at home or through a lab
- Gifts — prints for family or friends
No additional fees are required for these uses.
3. What You Cannot Do
The following uses are not allowed without a separate commercial license:
- Commercial use — advertising, marketing, business pages, sponsorships
- Resale or redistribution — selling or giving images to third parties
- Media or publication — newspapers, magazines, blogs, or promotional materials
- AI or dataset use — training models or generating derivatives
- Removing watermarks — unless explicitly permitted
For commercial rights, request a Commercial License.
4. Copyright
All images remain the exclusive copyright of the Photographer. No ownership is transferred. This license grants usage rights only.
5. Modifications
You may make basic edits such as cropping, exposure adjustments, or color correction. You may not create composites, AI‑generated variations, or edits that misrepresent the Photographer’s work.
6. Delivery & File Responsibility
Images are delivered digitally through a download link or gallery. You are responsible for backing up and storing your files after download.
7. No Refunds
Because digital files cannot be returned, all sales are final once the download link is accessed.
8. Liability
The Photographer is not responsible for:
- Loss of files after delivery
- Unauthorized sharing by the Client
- Misuse outside this Agreement
9. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading or using the Licensed Images, you agree to all terms in this Personal Use License.
